Never forget that moment you “DECIDED” to step into your dreams…….
This pair of pumps which was once plain, nude and unworn, became the very thing that lite the fire within me to bring my dream to reality!
I remember having a dream one night and seeing this really funky, cool pair of heels with stones all over them and feathers coming up the back of the leg.
When I woke up, I went into my closet, grabbed this pair of heels, bought everything needed to try to recreate those shoes I saw in my dream that night, just to get the creativity out!
I look back at these shoes now (which I have never been able to get rid of) and I say “Wow, for one- that was a crazy pair of shoes lol,” however, that crazy pair of shoes is what lead me to make a decision to move towards my dream, to move towards what I had purposed in my heart to bring to the world!
Did I have all the answers? NO!
Did I know what steps needed to take place to have my own shoe line? NO!
Did I deal with fear of the unknown, or doubt at times? ABSOLUTELY!
But the very thing I did have that nothing or no one could ever take from me, was the FAITH to make this dream come to pass!
I want to encourage you today that there is NOTHING you can not accomplish- There is no dream too big, no dream too small, if you want it- GO AFTER IT! Take the first step, even if you cannot see 1 ft in front of you!
Faith without works is dead….. What are you holding yourself back from today? What is that dream inside your heart from when you were a little girl that you just decided to lay dormant out of fear of the unknown?
Today is the day to believe in yourself, believe in your dream, you have to understand your dream is not just for you- the dream you have within you is to inspire those around you that YOU NEVER IMAGINED YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO INSPIRE!!!!
DON’T HOLD BACK ANY LONGER! GO FOR IT!!!!! YOU GOT THIS GIRL!!!!!!
